Samsung Galaxy tablet is ready to rival iPad as German court lifted the ban that was imposed upon them by Apple’s request.

Apple has requested the courts of U.S, Australia and others to ban the Samsung Galaxy tablet as they found it similar as the Apple’s latest iPad.

Apple are now facing the allegations of misrepresenting the Galaxy Tab’s similarity to its iPad as they showed the ‘squashed’ images of the Samsung’s Galaxy tablet.

Galaxy tablet is the second most reliable after the Apple’s iPad and they have manage the selling of 30million since its launch a year and a half ago.

Samsung said in a statement: “We look forward to the opportunity to reassert our intellectual property rights at the hearing scheduled on August 25.”
